Rescue under way after woman bitten by snake at Karijini National Park

A dramatic rescue operation is under way at Karijini National Park in the State’s Pilbara region after a traveller was bitten by a snake.

The lady in her 20’s is believed to have been bitten by a snake at the isolated Fortescue falls — 14 hours north of Perth.
